A player who is either (1) senior or junior in high school who plans to continue his/her education at an accredited college or university or (2) a college/university student is eligible to apply for this scholarship. The applicant must be an active player in the NEMHL at time of application. A player can only be awarded one scholarship during his/her tenure within the NEMHL.

Send this completed application, your essay, along with an official transcript from your high school or college/university, and three letters of recommendation (one letter of recommendation must be from your hockey coach) to the NEMHL Secretary at 14 Friar Tuck Way, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Deadline for submitting this application is February 16, 2008.

All information disclosed on this application will be held in the strictest of confidence. This information is intended solely for the use of the NEMHL Scholarship Committee. Applications will be collected and copied by one individual who will send them to the Scholarship Committee for evaluation. Candidate names will be numerically assigned and the cover sheet removed from the application.

Student Essay
